I have a Latin project to do. Any advice?

For my Latin class, our project is to do a bibliography and paper and project and fancy-shmancy stuff. But, for the absolute huge portion of the project that we have to present, we get to choose what we can do. I asked to do a powerpoint and my teacher said no to that because there were issues in the past.

Any suggestions?
