What should I teach?

Tomorrow I have to teach something to my Co-op coordinator that should display my ability to explain and to communicate. The problem is I don’t know what to teach. My lesson should be around a minute and can be anything from “how to kick a soccer ball” to “how to do a push-up”. Basically it should be something I’m knowledgeable about and unfortunately I cant think of anything I’m thoroughly knowledgeable in.

Any suggestions? Preferably something I can learn by tomorrow.
