What's the cause of this potty problem? (NSFW?)

I’m having trouble peeing! It takes a while for it to start. A couple weeks ago I suspected a UTI because of some slight burning, and I pounded cranberry juice and it seemed to be okay. Could this be another symptom? I’m also having digestive problems, could they be related? If it is a UTI, I know I’ll need an antibiotic. I don’t suppose Flagyl will work? I’ll be taking it anyway for said digestive issues and it’d be nice if it could wipe out both at once.
