What would you do if you found your grama washing the barbequed chicken?

She said she dropped the chicken when asked why she is doing that. She is normally someone who would show people how to slice off or peel off the area of the food item that came in contact with dirt without casing cross contamination. Lately, she’s been forgetting things a lot, and doing things that someone with an average, or even just below average intelligence would not do. Her family memebers are scared of leaving her alone. Do you think it is Alzheimer’s or something else?
