How can I stop my eye from twitching ?

My left has been twitching for about a week now and I don’t know how to make it stop. It’s only on the left side of my eye. I know it has to do with being stressed and not getting enough sleep, I’m working on this but don’t know what else I can do. Any suggestions? It’s bugging me like crazy.
