Who is the unsuspected perpetrator in your neighborhood?

Whenever a crime has happened and we see it being covered in the news on tv, there are usually fellow residents of the perpetrator who state that they never would have thought that this guy could do something that heinous.
Because (in hindsight) he can be a she too, of course was such a quiet and nice man, albeit maybe a bit weird in his behaviour.
Thinking about the people in your neighborhood now, is there someone that you wouldn’t be surprised about if he/she got arrested, suspected of a crime?
No naming names of course, just a description of his/her behaviour/appearance.
