Can you regularly stand all night in 6 inch pumps (no platform) as a cocktail waitress?

I’m a student working part-time 3 nights per week as a cocktail waitress in a strip club which was recently bought by another company. The new management is remodelling the club and giving it a more fetish look and as part of our new uniforms we were told we will have to wear these painful looking 6 inch pumps with no platform which they want to lock on our ankles. Just go to google images and search for ‘peter chu locking ankle strap’ and the first pics that show up are the shoes I’m talking about.

The pay at the club is very good and I need the money so I’m considering staying but I’m pretty worried about these heels as I’ve never had to stand in heels higher than 4 inch before. Do you think it’s possible to stand in them all night long as the club is very busy and we’re not allowed to take breaks?
