Any tips on combating the pregnant headache?

I’m 22 weeks with horrible headaches. If I massage my shoulders it disappears but then comes back again as soon as I stop so I’m assuming it’s tension, I have a blood pressure monitor at home and my blood pressure is good 111/67 and that’s whilst I have this terrible headache so it can’t be anything to scary.
I just need to do something to get rid of this headache, any ideas?
I don’t want to take pain killer medication… any thoughts would be great – thanks so much.
