What kind of glue/epoxy should be used to glue a car part together?

I have this cover on my bumper that falls off, so I just bought a new one and figure to “glue” it on to keep it in place. What kind of epoxy is used to glue car parts together? I believe it’s plastic or fiberglass seeing as though it’s the bumper.
