What can I get her for her birthday? [Details inside]?

I really want to make that day special for her so any ideas would be great. I don’t know what kind of relationship I’m in with her but we’re really close. Nevertheless, she loves “the kardashians”, fashion and knows every single thing when it comes to make-up!
She always talks about diamond rings and shows me all sorts of rings/necklaces and stuff from tiffany’s! I was thinking about getting her something from tiffany’s, but can you get a really cute present from tiffany’s? I think they sell everything with a high price? I’m not sure though.

I can spend like 1500$ for her birthday but that’s the maximum, your thoughts please?
