Can you help me find this video, please.

I think Will Smith did it and it was about the little man in your head who tells you that you can’t do it. It was a great video about your head telling your body it was too tired to run or exercise. I have searched youtube and just can’t seem to find it. Does anyone know this video and where to find it???
