Help with a cubic function problem?

Determine the cubic function that is obtained from the parent function y=x^3 after each sequence of transformations.

Reflection across the x axis
vertical stretch by a factor of 2
vertical translation up 3 units
horizontal translation 2 units right

So would the answer be this: y=-2(x-2)^3–3 ? (Should it be +3 instead of -3?
