What is the best way to add other relevant skills and interests to my resume that are not from work experience?

I do not have a section like this on my resume and I think I need one. I am applying for a baking job that does not require professional experience and I would like to have somewhere on there how much baking I do in my own kitchen. I’m sure there are other things I could list too…but what should I call the section, and how much detail should I go into about my experience and skills, whatever?

If you have a section like this on your resume, what other kind of things do you have in it? Is it normal to have this section? I assume it is, but I just wanna make sure it’s not weird because I really want this job, and I intend on talking to the manager when I go in but I want it to be on my resume as well for future reference. Help me? :)
