Parents, how did you find your babysitter?

I’m assisting a friend to get the word out to begin babysitting for supplemental funds.

I’ve always been fairly lucky, and had jobs find me.

I’ve instructed her to get the word out at school and at her church.
Where did you meet your babysitter? Did you know her/him already?
