What does it mean when someone says that you were born with beauty?

My family and other people tell me this. Are they talking about inner beauty? I try to dresswell and have my own style. I wear makeup, dye my hair red to go along with my peaches and cream skin. I’m tall too, and have my days where I can’t stand what I see in the mirror. I have stupid insecuriities. Isn’t it better to have beauty and brains?
