[NSFW possibly] What's your creative cocktail?

I got fascinated by bartender’s ability to remember all the plethora of drink names there are. One of my rather obscure favorites (to consume) is the Greyhound, which is vodka and grapefruit juice (preferably fresh squeezed). You walk into a decent cocktail lounge and generally the bartender knows exactly what a greyhound is, and has the fresh (or fresh bottled) grapefruit juice to make you one—or more. But why not have some fun with your fun? I order a Greyhound in Heat. That’s vodka and red grapefruit juice, of course. So have fun inventing and morphing existing concoctions. What’s your fantasy cocktail, and what will you call it.
