How can I get a calf massage that is covered by insurance?

Okay this sounds weird but I just don’t know how to word it. I have health insurance, good health insurance, and I know that if I go to a chiropractor who has a masseuse that works through them, then insurance will cover the massage. (Probably a ten dollar copay or something, which I can handle, but I can’t really afford more than that for something like a massage.) But I think I mildly pulled something or bruised something in my calf as it has been hurting for about a month. But it’s not a “real” pain, just feels like a swollen muscle. It feels great to be rubbed but I’m not good at it and can only do it for so long.

The bottom line is I want a professional to rub my calves and I don’t want to pay much for it. Should I just CALL the chiropractor and say “do you have a masseuse that works there that does leg rubs too and will my insurance cover it?” I’m asking here first because I’m awkward on the phone and I am not sure exactly what I’m asking. Also I’m terrible at understanding insurance related things. Call me a baby.

So, yeah!
