What do you think when you see an older man with an attractive younger lady?

What’s the first thing that comes to mind? Let’s say he is 50 or in his 60’s, even 70’s, and is with an attractive 23 year old woman. What do you think usually? Does it gross you out? Do you think she’s a stripper, gold digger, escort, etc? Do you think they are just using it each other? Do you think they both have “issues”?
