Are Leukocytes in red blood?

sorry this could be a ridiculous question.
I have just given birth to a beautiful girl!
My bladder is not working very well and I can’t empty properly, I thought I’d take a chemist test to be safe for a UTI. My nitrates are clear but have ++++ LUC.
Could post partum bleeding cause their to be LUC – (the strip getting small amounts of blood as well from bleeding)
Can’t get into a Dr till tomorrow.
The second test by the way showed less… maybe ++
