The best way to secure a stand alone flat TV on the wall is?

The 46 inch TV is on its stand and placed on top of a media cabinet. Thing is, it might be in trouble of tilting over if kids accidentally pull on it hard enough or it gets a good unintentional bump for whatever reason. ( drunk morons )

Is there a good way to secure it to the back wall-? The distance between the wall and the TV is about 12 inches. Thanks!
