Is it possible to have this coat re sized to one size smaller?

It’s a long sleeved, hooded coat with a zipper. It’s a little too big in the sleeves and the overall fit is just a bit big. I don’t want to send it back, I like it, I think that if it could be re-fitted somehow, it would be fine.

Do I just take it in to a sewing place and ask them if they can fix it?
