Why are my laptop's colors all messed up?

Normally this would only happen briefly, but the colors of everything seem very bright and less saturated. This has happened a few times before, but only for a few seconds and then would go back to normal. But it has been this way all day. Anyone know anyway to make it normal and prevent it from happening again? I’ve only had my laptop since last June. Thanks!
