How do I turn a packet of oatmeal into an oatmeal cookie?

So, I’ve got a packet of oatmeal. What do I need to do to quickly stick it in the oven and make it turn into a cookie? Any ideas on a recipe? Just borrow from existing oatmeal cookie recipes?
