Jellies who are very neat and organized: do you pass on stocking up on items you find on sale?

I was just thinking the savings isn’t worth it. I like things neat and organized, and negative/empty space. I am not great at organizing, especially at finding a place for everything, so I am leaning towards not buying something until I really need it and see how that goes. I recently could not go grocery shopping for a few weeks, and I loved how my pantry had less stuff in it.

Also, how often do you sort and purge? Daily? Weekly? Monthly? Are you just incredibly diligent about keeping everything in order? Or, do you also have a lot less stuff?
