Not sure what to focus on anymore, what should I consider pursuing on a personal level?

Not really satisfied and not unhappy, but not exactly happy with my life either.

To explain where I am currently at I just finished Basic/AIT. At one point before didn’t think I would even join the military. I figured torn ACL game over, however I did the surgery, therapy and worked mt pt score up (almost maxed). I actually overall enjoyed BCT, shooting at night and practice missions. AIT was good experience too. Finished the course(FTX best part) and finished my goal of doing the Bataan march…. Then I get to my actual duty station. In the “real army” as they would say.

Thought great more stuff to do right. But I come to find not even remotely doing my actual job. Of course its another restart ,but I just hate the office. I thought I joined the Army to do something. I’ve even been told I picked the wrong MOS. But its mostly BS busy work that has no real value.

I’m just not motivated and it seems the chances of me getting an schools like AA or Airborne or slim to none cause Im in Alaska plus I’m in intel so they figure why does he need to be able jump or fast rope. Just everything so far kinda just sucks its like meh compared to the past 6 or 7 months.

Trying to stay positive and get up to do stuff, but I am not sure what the deal is….

I’m really not sure what to do? I feel a bit lost suppose.

I’ve been seriously consider getting into another school to get a tab and hopefully do more, but these schools are not easy and I don’t believe I am that caliber of solider least not trained up to it yet. I have heard some train up to a year or more just to attempt it and hope to get selected.

Anyways I know it is a bit to read least it should explain why and how I got to this point. Appreciate input.
