An answer by @Pied_Pfeffer in this question got me googling for the Clifton Strengths, because I’m always interested in pop psychology. Unfortunately it appears that you can’t take the test for free, but there is a PDF here which describes the 34 themes, so you can probably pick yours out from the descriptions.
I think my strengths are Communication, Harmony, Relator, Significance and Winning Others Over,
