Does anyone else on Fluther remember a very brief bit of news coverage during which the British Queen's Royal Guards mooned the visiting Japanese Emperor?

They lifted their kilts and mooned the Japanese Emperor during a state visit to UK. This was done to protest WWII. I was called into the living room to witness this on TV by s/o and just saw the very last second. It was some years ago. I have searched the web for it but apparently the Queen’s men have done a good job of disappearing it. Anyone know where I could find a copy?
