What can I do on my end to stop neighbors bass resonating in my room?

We have just moved into a great place but the neighbor makes (bad) hiphop till 4am. I have a 4 month old daughter who luckily sleeps through it but I don’t and we share a room as I“m still night feeding. I got NO sleep last night and today feel like a zombie – I’ve asked him to wear headphones after 10pm but he wont as he says his studio is sound proofed – it’s not.

What can I do to eliminate the bass – the constant pattern keeps me awake at night – also the fact that you can feel bass rather than hear it drives me batty!
