Why do sounds tickle my back?

I have always had this experience! Whether I am getting my hair cut, someone is whispering in my ear, or I hear a sound near my right ear, the right side of my back just below my rib cage tickles. Does anyone know what this might be? I have always experienced this and it is totally involuntary. I am so curious as to what this may be. Thanks!
