How can I fix these marks on my face?

So I had shown these marks on my face to someone before and they basically said it was because of me shaving and cutting myself and then it getting exposed to sunlight.

The mark is basically a slight blackish patch above my lip and under my nose. It is noticeable if you specifically look at that area and otherwise it blends in.

Does anyone know how to fix it?
