How can I get a frog out of my washing machine drain hose?

Don’t laugh, I have a tree frog stuck in my washers drain hose, I think. For days now I hear his echoing little croak every night.
Clearly he is trapped somewhere in the innards of my washing machine in the garage. I have disconnected the hose but cannot find him. Just now he was feebly croaking again. The sound is muffled from inside the washer somewhere. I feel terrible. He will starve and die soon. Any ideas of how to find him?
