What is the strangest nickname you have ever encountered?

Through life we will either pick up our own nicknames or we will at least know others that have one. You will often find that David may become Dave or Steven will become Steve or Stevie, but they are really just shortening the name and in my eye are not real nicknames.

So taking that into consideration what is the strangest nickname you have ever encountered or had yourself and what were the reasons behind it if you actually know the reason?

Personally I remember being at school with a boy who had the misfortune of being known simply as Boobs for the 6 years he was there even though nobody knew why or how it started. (but I can guess)
