Trying to understand the San Francisco building eletrical and/or fire code.

So the electrical situation in my kitchen is messed up and I want my landlord to fix it. But before I ask him, I want to be able to point to exactly was codes are not being followed and what it should be.
Right now I have 1 electrical outlet with 2 sockets. 1 is being used for the fridge and the other is extended with regular extension cords under my sink and through my cupboard. This one is daisy chained to provide power to my stove, microwave, toaster oven, and extra outlet for use of other kitchen appliances.
