My stitch came out but it got stuck in my throught how do i get it out?

I’m presuming that you’re talking about an oral / dental stitch of some kind, and that it’s stuck in your throat?

If you can’t cough it up (I’m hoping it’s not in your windpipe!), then just swallow it. It won’t hurt you a bit, and it will pass through safely.
