Pizza chef training in New York?
Some say that pizza may have been invented in Italy, but was perfected in New York City.
Convinced with the city being the pizza capital of the world, I am looking for the best possible training there in how to make New York as well as different style pies.
I have found some web sites that offer courses.
Would you recommend anyone by repute or experience?
I would appreciate any tips or pointers.
