I need some tips on how to become a battle axe?

I used to have or still have anger issues. Meaning I blow my lid often and can be rotten. Because I have been so picked out about it, I have gone the other end and now, hate to hurt anyone’s feelings or even fight back.

I need some tips on defending my boundaries, as most the time, I am never sure if one has been overstepped? I wish I could do it smoothly and effectively like a James Bond hit man. Any tips!

The stored up anger is making me exhausted. But then again, when I turn into ‘Freddy” that can also be equally exhausting.
