What long-stemmed flowers make good cut flowers?

Yes, I know that a similar question has been asked recently, but I specifically would like to know about long-stemmed flowers. I would prefer annuals so that I can get an earlier “payoff”, but will consider perennials.
I live in coastal northern California.
