Would you tell me information of quiet place to study in upper west side area?

I am currently residing in upper west Manhattan. Here I live with loud noise. It’s hard to concentrate. Thus I went to library, but that makes me really exhausted. So would you recommend me any quiet place for study? The rent rage will be from 700 to 800.
