What is it like to hold, or be in the presence of, some thing that you cherish?

I had a silver coin but it was in a plastic case so I didn’t feel anything other than a mild Scrooge McDuck desire to watch it rain silver… what objects give the same feeling for you? For me it is a mini-skirt anime character, a Mozza burger, or a warm comforter, with a cool pillow.
