Why might a doctor order a pelvic/abdominal CT scan after a colonoscopy?

I had a colonoscopy and gastroscopy on Monday morning, and they ended up doing bloodwork after. Today they called and now want me to have a CT scan. What could they be looking for? I’m sorry to ask, I know you’re not doctors but I am starting to panic!
