Where can I buy this article of clothing?

I’m not even sure if such thing exist and if it does what it would be called.
I’m looking for a hooded sweatshirt with a kangaroo pouch but not made out of fleece or even light fleece but light breathable material, in other words a sweat jacket/shirt made out of T shirt material.
Everything, I have found is designed for cold/cool weather that could not be worn in hot weather.
