Good facial for mild acne?

I`m 24 and was lucky enough to have clear blemish-free skin as a teen. Thank goodness since everyohne knows that teenagers are little sociopaths…

Anyway, I´ve recently been plagued by a mild case of acne that´s been annoying me. I just moved from NYC to Ecuador so maybe the climate has been affecting me. I´ll admit that I´ve never been too into skin care, mostly because I felt like I never had to be. Haha, wrong I was.

Mostly I have teeny tiny little pimples near my hairline, and sometimes in the ¨T-zone¨area. I use a natural tea tree oil face wash but it kind of dries out my skin so I use pure aloe vera gel to try to calm it down a bit.

Today I was thinking, I´ve never had a professional facial and maybe it´s time. Can anyone recommend a good moisturizing facial that might help get rid of my few zits? Salon treatments or home-made are both fine.
