What should I write in my resume to apply at TCBY?

This will be my first job if I get it, and I have no prior experience in both work fields and writing resumes. I walk a dog for someone in my apartment building and could probably use them as reference.
How should I word things? I’ve been told to emphasize on things like “good team player but can also work independently” and such.

I’m 16 years old, as well.

EDIT: also they do not have any applications for some reason, and they told me to just bring in a resume instead.
