In the case of the lawsuit against PD restaurants, why doesn't anyone mention the alleged discrimination against women?

If you read the legal papers about the case, most of the issues are about discrimination against women, but no one mentions it…plus allegedly the worst offender is one of PD’s relatives, and no one mentions him either… I just wonder why. Maybe it’s because no one read the legal papers, and everyone’s commenting without having too much information? Before I was informed, I thought it seemed strange that someone was suing her for a comment or two. After seeing the legal documents available online, if what they say are true, and if the uploaded version is real, one might believe the company could have settled if only to answer for what her relative allegedly did—there are dozens of horrible accusations listed. Of course, I don’t know for sure that they are true… Nonetheless, at least it doesn’t sound at all like a petty lawsuit per se if even a quarter of the allegations are true.
