What now? Why am I feeling lethargic?

In the space of three months I had: tmj surgery in Africa, then I moved home to Australia from the USA and rented a nice home, furnished it, bought a car, set up electricity and gas accounts etc. , and now I just feel tired. Really tired. My teen age son lives with me whom I am financially responsible for. I’m on Centrelink and terrified that I won’t be able to find a job. I want to work for myself, but I find that I am tired out about 4pm. I’m really scared, when I started this odessey I was relentless. I don’t know why I can’t get going?
