My Facebook is suddenly all in Spanish and I want English. How do I convert it back to English?

I’ve been stuck a hospital for 5 days for heart surgery (I don’ know how much longer). I’m bored enough to monkey around on Facebook. I must have pushed a wrong button on my iPad mini and messed up the settings. Can you help me? Thank you!
