Why are my limbs so itchy?

It has been four days and my legs and arms have been so itchy. There’s no rash or anything but of course when I scratch red dots appears and it looks irritated.
I haven’t used anything new or eat anything different…no different soap, detergent, etc. no clue what it could be…it’s so annoying and anti-itch creams don’t help. It’s just my arms and legs.
I was thinking maybe hear rash but it hasn’t been as hot as it has been the last month. Any ideas?? I did have eczema as a kid but it was dry flaky and patchy…. Of course if it lasts a week I’m seeing a dermatologist…
I had blood work done not too long ago and things were normal.
