What do you think colleges in America's percentage of STD's is?

I was just thinking, and well living in Texas, I’m fairly close to a familiar University I might be attending, named Texas Tech. And well. For Those of you who aren’t familiar with the term “raider rash” it basically means the majority of active college students at Tech catch it. And it means they have an STD. So i was curious to see a good guess on the percentage of affected college students there is all through America?
