Have you had memory/concentration problems from medication?

I have been on medication for 16 years for mood disorders/anxiety disorders. I take Paxil, Ativan, Mirapex, Lamictal and Neurontin.
I know for sure that Neurontin can cause memory problems. I have talked to my doctor about it. He says that anything like that won’t be permanent. But I am scared. We have lowered my dose, and it helped for awhile, but now it seems as bad as it once was. I just wondered if any of you have experienced such things.
