In the anime "Ranma 1/2", what would happen if Ranma got pregnant?

As I am sure you already know, the basis of the show was that the protagonist Ranma was cursed, so that he turned into a girl whenever he came in contact with cold water, while reverting to his male form when in contact with hot water.
So, what would happen during the transformation back to his male form if he became pregnant while being a girl?
Would it terminate the pregnancy?
Would it put it on hold, with the fetus reappearing on his next boy-to-girl transformation?
Would his male form now have a womb to continue the pregnancy?
Or would he be unable to transform back into a male?
